📚 Literary Genres

A literary genre is a type of writing. Each genre has special features.

1. Fiction

Stories that come from the imagination.
🟢 Examples: Harry Potter, Cinderella

2. Non-fiction

Texts that tell real facts or true stories.
🟢 Examples: Biography, Autobiography, Newspaper article

3. Poetry

Writing with rhythm, rhyme, and feelings.
🟢 Examples: Poems, Songs, Haiku

4. Drama

Stories written to be acted on stage.
🟢 Examples: Plays, Tragedies, Comedies

5. Folklore / Traditional Tales

Stories that are told from generation to generation.
🟢 Examples: Myths, Legends, Fairy tales, Fables
