Excessive Laughter:<br />    - Taha frequently engages in disruptive laughter and discussion during class sessions, and most of the time in inappropriate times.<br />    - The laughter appears to be distracting to both the teacher and fellow students, impacting the overall classroom atmosphere.<br />    - Despite attempts to redirect the behavior during many sessions, Taha continues to display disruptive laughter regularly.</span></span></p>
