In English, adjectives usually come before the noun.
Example: a red car, a tall boy
They can also come after the verb "to be" (am, is, are).
Example: The car is red. / The boy is tall.
Size: big, small, tall, short
Color: red, blue, green, yellow
Feelings: happy, sad, angry, tired
Qualities: good, bad, beautiful, ugly, smart, lazy
Quantity: many, few, some, all
She is a kind teacher.
The weather is cold today.
They live in a small house.
I am happy with my new book.
